You can choose to be notified of certain events in your Kubit environment. Depending on the type of event, you can select either by Email, Slack (if configured) or In-Product.

You can access the Notifications view by selecting Settings(⚙️)-> Notifications

or by clicking on the 🔔 icon and then ⚙️ as shown below:

Email Notifications

Email notifications are available for Dashboard and Report refreshes. You will receive them on the email address associated with your profile:

Slack Notifications

You can receive Slack notifications on certain Dashboard and Report activities. Under preferences, you must be connected to your Slack workspace.

Once connected, events will appear as a Direct Message in your Slack account.

In-Product Notifications

New Notifications will appear in-Product, denoted by a red dot on the bell (🔔) in the side navigation panel.

1. Click on the blue dot (beside the notification) to mark it as read
2. Click on the notification to see what happened
3. Click on the gear icon to go to the Notification Panel
4. Use the "Show only unread" slider to show all vs only unread notifications
5. The double check mark (✔️✔️) marks all as read
