Braze Integration Guide

Introduction

Integrate Kubit’s Self-Service Analytics with Braze’s customer engagement platform to dynamically define and analyze user cohorts. Use Braze to target these cohorts directly, enhancing user engagement.

Incorporate Braze data back into Kubit for comprehensive insights into your users' lifecycle, from attribution to behavior and engagement.

Requirements

The Braze Integration feature is exclusive to Kubit Enterprise customers.
Ensure matching User IDs in Kubit and Braze, including Anonymous UUIDs, for successful integration. Learn more about setting User IDs in Braze.
This integration uses Braze's Cohort Import API, allowing partners to send user cohorts generated within their application to Braze.

Configure Braze Integration

Create a dedicated Braze API Key for this integration to control permissions.
Access your Braze Developer Console on the Braze Dashboard.
Navigate to "Technology Partners" and locate Kubit.
Copy the Data Import Key and REST Endpoint information, then securely send them to Kubit support.
Kubit will configure the integration and notify you when it's live.

Sync Kubit Cohorts to Braze

Create a Cohort in Kubit

Define your target customers in Kubit to engage them through Braze.

Import to Braze

After saving a cohort, sync these users to Braze for use in Braze Segments, enabling email or push notifications through Campaign or Canvas. Choose from two import schedules:

One-Time Sync: Import immediately.
Scheduled Sync: Import daily, weekly, or monthly at a specified time.

Check Import Status

Monitor a cohort’s import status in Schedules. The history displays each import's execution time, outcome, and total users imported to Braze.

Create Braze Segments with Kubit Cohorts

Once imported to Braze, use Kubit cohorts as Filters to create Braze Segments and include them in Campaigns or Canvas. Learn how to create Segments in Braze.

Analyze Braze Data in Kubit

If using Snowflake, leverage Direct Connect to share Braze data with Kubit, integrating it into Kubit’s Self-Service Analytics for a complete view of user lifecycle.
