Dates in Kubit

Kubit enables you to customize and select key date elements within your instance.

Live Date

The Live Date, or Today in Kubit represents the last day of data available for your analysis. This may vary for each customer due to factors such as:

  • Data Latency - Live Date is often set to lag by one or two days
  • Ingestion pipelines to your data warehouse
  • Business requirements to display data only after a certain period

In our date picker the Live Date or Today is selected by default.

Intervals of Time to Select

Kubit allows you to aggregate data across various time intervals. This means whatever time interval you select will be the number of data points you see on the chart for things like Query, Funnel and Retention.

Intervals of time are not available for Data Tables, Flow, Cohorts or Significance. Tip: To see a Data Table broken down by Month/Week/Day, add the value as a breakdown. Look for Event Month or Event Day Fields.

Available time interval options for Query, Funnel, and Retention include:

  • Daily
  • Weekly
  • 4-Weeks - groups based on each bucket of 4 weeks, regardless of what Months those weeks occur.
  • Monthly
  • Yearly
  • All Time - aggregates all data into a single point over the entire Start and End Date range.
