Before: The term Segment didn't match industry standards, and naming felt inconsistent across the product.
Now: We've updated Segment to Cohort throughout the platform with automatic name pre-filling during creation.
The result: Clearer, industry-standard language. Less confusion for new users and smoother workflows for everyone.
